Electrical panels – development, engineering, production, installation, testing and overhaul

Many electrical and mechanical systems are used along the railway, in trains, in the industrial environment and in the defence industry. We develop and build high-quality custom panels for those systems, built into trains and cabinets or as separate panels. Our services include:

  • Engineering (electrical, mechanical, P&ID, RAMS)
  • Control cabinet construction (including energy distribution systems, Halyester, control systems, power electronics, module construction, prototype and series construction)
  • Cable Manufacturing (Cables, Coding, Stripping, Connector Fitting, Cable Harness Manufacturing, Cable Harnessing, Connector Casting)
  • Sheet metal manufacturing (openings, welding, strain relief, grounding)
  • Testing (bell tests, connection tests, meggering (insulation resistance measurements), transition resistance measurements, high voltage tests up to 18 kV, programming and testing using an automated WEEtech test system, functional testing of products, commissioning on site)

Rail infrastructure

Based on the specifications of the railway manager, we supply various control and power panels to be used in the railway environment. Think of relay boxes, B relay racks, cable distributors, power supply boxes, cable boxes, ATB connection boxes, control boxes, work zone protection boxes and block switches.

Energy market and rolling stock

In addition to the control panels for the rail infrastructure, we also supply control panels for the energy market. Think of panels for trains, control panels for TenneT, control boxes for bridges and panels for Thales.

Our approach

We build and test the control panels in-house and deliver them ready for use based on customer specifications. If desired, we can also take care of the design, engineering, project management and the entire logistics. For testing the control panels (e.g. insulation tests and functional tests), we use our own test field.
